Our Mission:
We are a self-managed HOA. We shall promote a friendly, family neighborhood environment, while assisting members in maintaining their investment. This shall be accomplished through various programs that support a clean, crime free, and aesthetically pleasing neighborhood.
The goal of our Website and Facebook pages are to better serve our members by keeping them informed of Association rules and regulations and also the county regulations. Our page can be found at Hunters Lake Homeowners' Association. We have a private community page, as well. Please email us for the link to that page.
To be a resource for information about our community, to provide news and announcements of local events, and provide our members the opportunity to have an active role in our community.

Thank you to all of the Homeowner's that came to the HOA meeting last night. Your involvement in the community is very important!
Please make note, we said goodbye to Mark Doyon, as our President. We want to thank him for his many years of service. We are grateful for all that you have done! Also, to Kevin Burke, for his service. He has been an asset to this board, and to our community. You both will be missed from the board, but we know that we can count on you, to be active in the community!
We welcome Dominick Lessa back to the board, as our new President, and Beau Brienza as our new Vice President!
We also have two new members to the board - please welcome Jared Rementer and Xavier Bolden! We look forward to working with you!
Just as an FYI - we will be having a community wide Garage Sale on March 22, between 8am-2pm.
